  Ran into an issue that was totally NOT the seller's fault. The shoes got lost in the mail after being sent to ebay's authentication center. I contacted the seller and we both waited 18 days with no update on tracking. Asked for refund and was quickly refunded. No shoes, but I'm happy that the seller was willing to work with me and was professional throughout our communications. Thank you.

  This is a good seller. New in box ,would have put it in an outer box the original box was only covered in brown paper and the original box was beat, battered, and all the corners crushed. Fortunately the robot was packed well in the original box and was not damaged. Price was good ,quality seems good, appearance is good. Would buy from here again just please over box it.
