  I was not aware that this replacement came attached to a frame assembly already. The seller contacted me before they shipped the item, and after receiving the item I had to wait to install it. I rebuilt the phone today and the screen is crisp and responsive, everything went perfect. Hope I don't have to fix my nephew's phone again any time soon however. A+, I'm very satisfied with the part and the seller went above and beyond.

  Unfortunately the wrong model was shipped out (the ad says 2019-2020, but the model is EXCLUSIVELY for the 2019 model). Upon discovering this, we contacted the seller and they were very prompt and helpful in getting it returned and apologetic about the ad description and said they would modify it to reflect the reality of the part.
