The sale was handled professionally with good customer service. The headset arrived in like-new condition, but was a TL7800, not a TL7610. When I had difficulty pairing it with my phone, I emailed and the seller called within a day and was able to help me troubleshoot, with a guarantee to ship the TL7610 without charge if this one didn't meet my needs. I don't need "bells and whistles" on the headset, but someone else might. Make certain to clarify which model you're getting.
