  The item was missing one key piece. In the description and photos it didn't mention the piece was missing. When I contacted the seller to let them know they blamed logistics with no follow up to get me the missing piece. The shipping box was taped and sealed but the device box was not. The device definitely wasn't new if it wasn't sealed and missing parts
