Purchased this frame as a 70th birthday present for a good friend, it arrived well packaged and on time. We did note that the wrong frame had been supplied, however this company acted most professionally. After contacting them, they issued a full refund and sent out a replacment frame. In my opinion this company is one of the best traders on Ebay. Mistakes happen but the true measure of a company is how they deal with issues when they occur and the Photoframe Gallery have been exemplary.
