Purchased this frame as a 70th birthday present for a good friend, it arrived well packaged and on time. We did note that the wrong frame had been supplied, however this company acted most professionally. After contacting them, they issued a full refund and sent out a replacment frame. In my opinion this company is one of the best traders on Ebay.
