Wow ! Paid late 13th, delivered this Saturday morning 15th at 9 am ( and free delivery). The frame itself is just simply superb,sturdy and eye catching and because of the superior packing arrived in absolutely mint condition. Initial delivery good, but let down by frame being badly damaged by courier!. Contacted supplier straight away and within minutes fully resolved and replacement offered and shipped, without any drama! And received in one piece with alternate courier. I twice had notifications that the parcel was delivered to my nominated parcel shop and both times it hadn't been. Seller then advised the parcel was lost. Seller resent but only mailed one frame, not 5, probably wanting to be sure it arrived and not risking another lost order. The frames are excellent and I'm very happy with them. No issues with the seller who assisted best they could, but Evri suck.
