PinPoint Parts specializes in fulfilling our customers’ orders as fast as possible for your convenience. All orders ship the next business day. We do not offer customer pick-up, our warehouses do not have administrative staff to assist any walk-in traffic. Thank you for understanding. Our business hours are between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm CST. Any order that is placed on Friday – Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. This does not include any federal or national holidays where normal business hours do not apply. Our Standard Shipping is USPS Flat Rate. If it is a larger / heavier Item it will ship either UPS or FEDEX Ground

This applies to the 48 continental states. Packages shipped using the FedEx Ground service takes between 1-4 business days. We are not responsible for any delays that are out of our control, including holidays and weather delays. We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) (www.usps.com) for international orders.
