The Toughbook I bought arrived as described. The batteries weren't in great condition, but they weren't guaranteed so I can't complain. Plus, after contacting the seller they sent out replacements, they too were not in great shape, but again; not guaranteed. They were decent at keeping up communication as well and did their best to give assistance when needed.
