  I purchased for $15 a very specific baseball cap for my son.. I got several emails that it was on it's way, then just before delivery, their email declared they were out & offered me a substitute. I immediately responded that I must have the unique one I ordered, so I wanted a refund, no substitute - twice. A $4 Kmart plain black cap soon arrived! I finally did get my refund, but I did not need that hassle at Christmas.
