You can differentiate good to bad eBay sellers based on when something goes wrong and how they respond to it. Horrible. Seller gave no communication whatsoever, even after I sent messages. Package wasn't shipped until the very last minute and only after I messaged why it wasn't shipped yet. Shipping costs were highway robbery especially with how it was packaged. I'm lucky it arrived in one piece and that it works having tested it myself so I am happy with my purchase at least, just not with anything else.

The seller didn't ship the item for over a week after the purchase was made.
When it finally did arrive, it was not the correct item.
When I contacted the seller, they offered to refund the purchase price, but not the shipping.
I countered with an offer that I would pay to ship the incorrect item back, in exchange for the correct item to be overnighted to me at the seller's expense. Instead, they opted to refund 100% of my purchase instead. I don't think they had the correct item to send me.
