    I was going to give a positive experience, but the lack of response from the delivery service was so poor I had to give a Neutral status. The package was collected from the seller in a timely manner, and courier website updated on same day. But that is where delivery status stopped. I had no idea where my parcel was for over a week, website was not updated and courier could not tell me where the parcel was (going from SA to ACT). Item itself is of good quality and packaged well with no damage.
