    The wrong item was delivered but the seller was apologetic and offered an immediate refund. Good communication. Despite my disappointment over the wrong item, I would give the seller another chance due to the good and fast communication, apology, and prompt refund. Everyone errors at times and I don't think one honest mistake should result in the loss of total business. It's only a CD, not the end of the world. I would the recommend seller to others.
