Let me be clear, Buyer refused to do proper customs paper work in their country. Pointless to give such a feedback where we had zero chance to fix the problem. Offered full refund if item is been returned. Buyer cancelled return and gave this feedback.

The seller promised a full refund after receiving the return, but in fact, I did not receive a refund. Many times to send information to the seller, but there is no response, the seller is constantly hiding, this is their style, it is because of poor communication that led to so many mistakes. I think the seller did it on purpose. This irresponsible attitude makes people angry.
