What I ordered was Roper Rhodes. What I received was an instinct toilet seat.
Instinct is owned by RR but it doesn’t mean it is what I ordered . The model number is different the packaging is different probably the seat is different. When I questioned this I was told it’s ok because it’s owned by RR. Unfortunately we had no seat for the kids to use so we had zero choice but to use it as it was a weekend. They should be selling it as it is a instinct and that model number not as Roper Rhodes.
