  Although the delivery took a while ultimately it was delivered. The sellers website was a little confusing. Reason due to the description not matching with the actual items ordered. I reached out and the seller assured me that orders were indeed correct and where on there way. Eventually it all worked out.

  Purchased a pair of on clouds. I was very skeptical. Listing shows “free returns.” I confirmed with this seller in a message to make sure I can return these. They responded “yes”. As I am trying to start the return process, they said they will only offer $20 USD due to being from china. DO NOT PURCHASE- scam! If you have, then report this seller.

  I was mailed shoes in the wrong size. Instead of processing my refund, they offered to refund $15 of my $90 order. Now I have to ship the shoes back to China at my expense. The shoes looked fake, I might add. Awful customer service, and shame on eBay for allowing the scam to continue.
