  Took 6 days before they told me the part I ordered was out of stock, did they'd send a different brand out the same day. It took 15 days before my item arrived. The seller responded to communication but said everything was couriers fault for not picking it up when they said it was being shipped. Not happy with this transaction, but happy with the part, and it fitted, once it arrived.

  Great people to deal with. They took the time to ring me when I had an issue and pump was returned as faulty,but they had one do exactly the same and tracked it down to a ford electronics issue, no fault of the pump. Credited returned pump without issue. Highly recommended supplier who went above and beyond.

  The product was in stock at the time of the order with many items being recorded as on hand. The order was not fulfilled. There were no communications except for the notice of refund due and this had no explanation. Rather disappointing!
