    Poet Motorcycles takes a week to contact the buyer and say that they don't have the item I bought. Then they say if I want to wait for it to be reordered, it'll take another week for them to receive it. THEN they'll ship it to me. Can you believe the old guy who called me had attitude towards in speaking with the buyer? My customer is waiting for me to fix their item, and I'm the one who looks bad. Instead, I have to explain how Poet Motorcycles doesn't know their own inventory.

We offered to special order the part with a realistic timeline, though we were not required to. We could have canceled the order per eBay policy but chose to assist instead.
