I said I wanted a replacement cat since his arrived broken because he didn't protect it, and it wasn't as advertised. He filed a claim since I have the cat. What?! Then he offers a 50% discount. I said that wasn't satisfactory. He said that was it. I disagree. It arrived broken, wasn't protected and is resin, not a wood carving. C-
