Took way too long to receive item. Eventually purchased item somewhere else, requested a refund. Will not do business again with this seller.

I shipped IMMEDIATELY - USPS took longer than expected to deliver the item and the buyer demanded an immediate refund suddenly before I even knew the item was slow to arrive, saying he didn't want it anymore anyway. I requested 48 hours to open a case with USPS to see if we could locate it so I could at least get the item back - 2 days later they delivered it, and I refunded immediately after the return. Buyer wanted IMMEDIATE refund before I even had a chance to contact USPS and find item.
