They sent a child shirt rather than an adult shirt. An easy mistake, but they won't respond to my messages to correct it.

The top the buyer purchased is an adult large UA Compression Shirt. The buyer messaged me stating it was a child's shirt. I assured the buyer it was not a child shirt and explained that this style was compression fit and that UA has multiple types of fits from loose to compression. I responded to every message from the buyer. The buyer wanted me to give her a refund without returning the top to me and I explained to her I would only issue a refund if she returned the top which she did not do.
