  Packed nicely, unfortunately one had a cracked/ broken off corner piece of stone, looks like it was a corner packet in the package, likely damaged during transit. May pay to pack the whole package in bubble wrap when dispatching overseas. Airport handler’s have no respect ! But thanks quick delivery time.

  Absolutely horrible seller DO NO T PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. Item arrived damaged offered a 20% refund I accepted their offer but they never did the refund. Then they offered me 10% refund. They also asked me if I could sell the item to someone else to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous. They do not package their items properly. Blamed the supplier. What a mess!! DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THEM LOOK WHAT YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH. Please read their nonsense messages!

  Incorrect size sent. Attempts through seller to obtain correct size have not yielded positive results. They offered us a 20% refund which was not acceptable. They says they will now supply the correct size from their HK office and it will take 21-30 days to arrive. This also is an unacceptable wait time. We have sourced the correct size elsewhere. I would not buy from this supplier again. Resolution of incorrect supply has taken too long, and solutions first offered were unacceptable.
