    Very impressed with seller who notified us that the Rangehood that was about to be sent to us was discovered to be damaged - they offered us either a full refund or to wait for a replacement to come from Electrolux without hesitation - we waited as the rangehood was not required starightaway as our new kitchen still being built - replacement has since been delivered without any problem and in perfect condition - very happy with it - Thank you

    Sent the wrong model but with good communication on their part was able to strike a deal and received the right model on the second go. Most issue was with courier company Allied Express who were dealing with some major backlogs but still needed to contact them for both deliveries as they took four weeks each to arrive. Product itself is great, easy to use app and is handling the cat hair well. Love that the mop picks up so doesn't get the carpet wet.
