I ordered the gold barbell they sent me a rose gold said they would fix it and mail it out. They never responded back to me after I still have not received the item. Very poor customer service I ordered 7 different earrings in 14 gauge and half of them were 16 gauge. Very bad experience with this supplier. I do not recommend.

The communication is very poor and the jewelry made me break out in hives. I changed the jewelry only on 1 cheek first to see it it fit well and the ball that was “recommended” fell off. Then I left Juss the bar in for a while to see if I had another ball to fit and my cheek started itching and I did some mouth wash and it started hiving, it didn’t stop until I took it out and it hurt to take it out witch it shouldn’t. And before this I asked to seller if I could make some adjustments noanswer.
