Horrible! They mailed a watch I paid over $1,000, wrapped in printer paper and tossed in a box. I was shocked! It wasn’t in the condition as stated in listing. The crown was broken off of the stem-the case was heavily scratched as was the crystal-the watch didn’t run. After 6 emails I had to open a case because they didn’t reply. When they finally replied, knowing in all my
Emails I wanted the watch and sent them the copy of the estimate from my local
Watchmaker ($200) they wouldn’t discuss.
