    Simple mistake happened and two orders accidentally got shipped. I received someone else's order. I let the seller know and they were very apologetic and immediately refunded without asking me to deal with returning the product. Mistakes happen, what's important is how they're handled. This was great customer service!

    I received the case and booklets, but inside the case was a completely different game. I could chalk this up to an honest mistake, but the fact that it was a $4 shovelware game that they don't offer elsewhere and the seller's only response was "aw man can't believe we mixed that up haha" instead of offering to send the actual game I ordered makes me believe that this was dishonesty. I wouldn't put my trust in this seller again.

    buyer obliviously did not look at what he was buying the item pictured was what he got. needs to look better at items before he buys them and complains about what he bought.
