The item was not the one I bought, which I assume was the fault of the shipping company. That said, the piece is beautiful, if 30 carats lighter, with a gorgeous chunk of ruby on top! It also came with a certificate of authenticity. I contacted the seller about the issue and they were wonderful! Everything was worked out to my complete satisfaction.
