Was given 12 extra batteries in the package so I was happy with that. Great person to deal with, although the extra batteries are past the exipiry date, which expired 2 months ago. Still very confident they are still good as I have used this brand of batteries in the past which were 2 years past the expiry date, but the unused batteries still lasted a full week before I had to change them out again. Prices are very very reasonable compared to retail from hearing aide stores. Would buy again!
