  This item was sent to me with a pinkish stain on the front of purse, it was not wrapped in anything just shoved in post bag, when I contacted the seller for refund he said it was a natural mark on the dark brown and speckled hide and doesn’t warrant a return and didn’t need further wrapping or protection. This was purchased as a gift which is unsuitable now due to the pinkish coloured stain on front of purse. A big thumbs down to this seller will never purchase from them again, buyers beware
