    The item was in exactly the condition described on the listing. It was also shipped out very promptly and arrived well packed. I would have liked to see the track length listed in the description as this can vary, but for the value of the item overall it was worth the buy regardless.

    Shipped poorly, came with three broken pieces and it would not function, company tried to do a return outside eBay over the phone. Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts . I see why their rating is so low.

    Item was paid for immediately. I waited four days for seller to ship without any correspondance from them about when that would happen. Then, after four days, and in the middle of the night, I received a crypric and nosensical message about whey they couldn't ship to my address, which is a commercial address that we have had for over 35 years. Several messages from me went unanswered which is insulting to say the least. Unprofessional & not trustworthy when there is a problem. BEWARE!
