    Seller listed faucet as NEW. I made an offer, he accepted. I received (from him) a USED faucet in a ripped and stained product box (see pics). Poorly packed. Pics sent to seller. I asked the seller to just refund $10 of my purchase but, no refund. I filed for a return. Seller got VERY agitated using foul language in several messages which Ebay has on file. Seller was incompetent, rude, and then had the audacity to blame me for his mistakes. Complaint filed. Ebay gave me a complete refund.

    Bought a hair dryer and received it in a terrible box that was opened, the dryer looked new but did not turn out at all, I was shocked the seller didn’t plug it in prior to posting this item for sale. He claimed he didn’t know but processed the return immediately, I returned it the next day and waited for my refund. Had to open a case for my refund to actually be sent. Once I opened a case the refund was immediately sent. Never had an issue like this before on eBay. So rating neutral.
