    My initial order of this watch band was flawed as I received a product that was not 'exactly' as the photo displayed on ebay. Contacted seller, explained incorrect product received. Seller was quick to acknowledge mistake, started refund process and corrected for new order. Second product received was exactly as picture on ebay. Actually, watch band received is much nicer looking than the picture on ebay. Thanks to the seller for being responsive and correcting the mistake.
