  Arrived well before promised delivery date, well-packed, in good condition. Generic toner cartridge shows as empty but in fact is full. Initial difficulty enabling printer to print from accessory paper feeds, was quickly sorted by a call to very knowledgeable technical support. Print quality not quite 100% but as good as can be expected from a drum that's done 100K sheets beforehand. Good value given its been serviced and has a warranty.

  Great item, perhaps the supplies were a little lower than stated (25%, but totally out of Magenta toner out of the box which limited my ability to test thoroughly on arrival) but once fresh supplies fitted a week later, printer proved perfectly fine. Good packaging and shipping. A++++ Thanks!
