I received different items not the shape I ordered and disappointed too much the seller didn’t respect me and I accepted refund he selected by force because return back the item will cost me more than he refunded also 30 days to reach him , then I’m not trusting him to send the correct one? Even the box he didn’t use the original one to save money ? I ordered same shoes I like from different sellers I received it same and in original box same it was in eBay!! Really I’m disappointed too much

Pristens were fantastic. Price, speed of despatch etc were all great. Royal Mail in the UK were the nightmare. The boots sat in my local sorting office for three weeks without them updating the tracking details on their site. Big thanks to Pristens for sending the boots.
