    Our Story

    PROBAR Trailer Components is 100% Australian Owned and Operated.

    It all started in January 1986 with the opening of Caboolture Towbar and Trailer Centre.

    From there, the business successfully grew to include everything from building and repairing trailers and horse floats; RWC Inspections, towbar and accessory fitting and wiring, 4WD equipment, installing car audio systems, trailer parts supply and more.

    Adding the name "Probar" in 1999, to provide trade only supply to the Towing and RV Industries. The business grew even more over time to the point where it was decided to sell Caboolture Towbar and Trailer Centre branch as a stand alone workshop, and to restructure Probar as an independant "Parts Only" business in 2002 due to a high demand for better prices, availability and supply of Trailer Parts and Towing Equipment.

    In 2007 there was another shift for Probar and opened it's doors in a new, more accessible location with large showroom space and warehouse, to
