    Item was misrepresented. It was alcantra and not OEM black leather. I did receive a friendly call and rec'd both visors instead of the one I ordered as a gesture of good faith. I rec'd a refund. The only issue I have is that the package was returned because of wrong postage. I rec'd a regular ground and it was shipped to me via priority mail.

    If I could give these people 10 stars I would! The BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Minutes after replacing my order I was contacted for more information to make absolutely sure that the radio I was ordering would fit my SUV. And it did!     The unit was exactly as advertised. Delivery was reasonably quick. Communication with the seller was immediate. The only reason I'm not doing 5 stars is because I see similar units for sale at substantially lower prices. I may have over-paid, but I received what I needed, and all is good!

He was extremely helpful and immediately sent me another unit free of charge. The new unit arrived, and I've installed it. It works perfectly! My wife is happy, so I am happy.
