  I purchased this item on Nov. 2 I never received the item, so on Nov 8 I reached out to seller and asked if it had been shipped. No response. I reached out again on Nov 11. Seller informed me that the item still had not been shipped. I asked for a refund and the seller denied. I opened a case with eBay and was told I could get a refund on the 16th. Seller then decided to ship the item on the 16th. Long story short, purchase was made on the 2nd, and the seller did not ship until the 16th
