Shipping company sent me info about a delivery to someone with the same name at a different address and much earlier than my delivery arrived. I contacted the seller about this, and the seller did not seem to understand my question and just advised me to wait. Had there been an actual issue, I'm not sure seller would have tried to help. But overall, I am very happy with the jacket and would buy from this seller again.
