  Item had to be refunded as not sent after a week. They send a tracking no, from royal mail, that shows it is never handed over to Royal Mail, then claim that they have sent it and will "check with the courier". Refund issued when pushed. Obviously don't have stock and will try to keep you hanging on till they do. Unacceptable business practice.

  this company is absolutely fantastic. nothing is too much trouble for them. W had issues with sizes, they sorted it. we then had an issue with the ladies boots they sorted it and gave us a full refund. we would recomend this company to anyone, first class customer service. thankyou so much for all you did for us.
