  I had a great experience with this seller, and love my new BabyLock trolley! Seller shipped the item the very next day, but unfortunately there was a problem with FedEx and their tracking information, (not the seller's fault). Seller messaged me immediately to let me know about the issue, and followed up again two days later, so I was very impressed with their customer service. The package finally arrived, and my trolley is fantastic. Despite being listed as Used, it looks practically brand new!

  Item was great at a great price. Everything that could go wrong did but the seller made good on his word. The seller made a mistake and didn’t ship the cable with the screen. When I pointed it out the seller immediately responded and ordered a new cable for me. The third party vendor messed up that order and the seller followed up and got them to send it. Then usps messed up the shipping. It took longer than expected but the seller made it happen and I am happy to see they kept their word
