  This seller is amazing. They ran out of stock of the item I purchased however contacted me by phone to explain the situation and offered me a better set of pedals at the same price. No tacky e-mails and no BS, just professional and personal service. I was amazed since very few businesses now a days will take the time to phone you, they generally hide behind emails and messages without a positive outcome for customer. I'll strongly recommend them and will continue to support them. Keep it up guys

  Took ages to come sent seller message no answer started case with ebay seller finally responded says Australia post and his jig so didn't actually have what he was selling in stock finally after a month they decided to send wich arrived in 2 days from time spent would never use this seller again.

  Part was broken on arrival contacted seller, took ages to answer, wanted more photos, now waited three weeks but they won’t reply to the message , so currently not able to use the part or gkart, very disappointing, the customer services is terrible, especially as they are in the same country.   Watch out guys. They're selling stuff that's not what's pictured or in basic description. Intentionally misleading. And then no communication. So they earn 1 star for sending a set of wheels that are in good condition, and earn zero stars for the non matching description and pictures. Won't buy from them again, no one needs to as they're selling the same stuff as everyone else, but with less service and honesty. Thanks for A set of wheels even if it's not what's pictured.
