    Items are of very good quality and arrived in perfect shape. I love the way the black looks upon the aluminium slats, and they look like high quality blinds which were at an amazing price. Postal services went a little pear shaped, and DX were very hard to deal with in regard to an undelivered package. It took emails and around 6 days to overcome the issue. Seller was on the ball, tried tracking the item down, offered to replace the lost items - but it all worked out in the end.

    Purchased 25th January, dispatched 26th January with Royal Mail 48 but despite the tracking it never arrived. Absolutely not the sellers fault at all. Coming on for week three of no arrival I contacted the seller who refunded. Good information from the seller, good communication. They handled this issue well. It was just unfortunate that the item got completely lost. Positive Feedback given for professional approach and attitude from the seller. Thank you 😊

    Unfortunately the item purchased was damaged when receiving, contacted the seller who apologised advising this was not picked up during the packing process, seller offered a partial refund however due to several visual markings/damage on the item I declined and requested that I return the item for a refund to be processed in which I have received. Seller communicated evidently and resolved the issue.
