You emailed me @ 8;11pm B4 the 4th of July holiday weekend. I didn't see & read your email requesting a refund until the 5th of July. Why not call the number on the recipt? You could have been talking to me within minutes so we could discuss why the gasket failed and what to do. I don't have time to have back & forth discussions through text and emails. CALL. I've sold and used hundreds of these gaskets on my rebuilt transmissions without any problems. My guess is, it was incorrectly installed.
