Welcome to Proto-PIC – Your UK Electronic Components Supplier and a central hub for all Educators and Makers. Your source for all things Adafruit, BBC Micro:Bit, Sparkfun, Pololu, Raspberry PI and Arduino. Founded in 2006, our first in-house developed product was the Proto-PIC Arduino Starter Kit. We have sold over 50,000 of these to date. We now have a full range of products that are our own concept and design.

We are one of the country’s most knowledgeable, quality-driven electronics components supplier. A passionate group of engineering, technical and industry experts.

Proto-PIC is proud to work with schools, colleges, universities and other educational organizations around the UK working collaboratively to develop computer science in the classroom, support professional development, provide kits and components. We have helped educational institutions create STEM curriculum for their academic year, design a series of projects for progression and implement makerspaces and more.
