  Was packed extremely carelessly to the point there was damage during shipping. (Plastic bag, shipping internationally) Contacted the seller. Seller answered one question a day related to my complaint, then stopped responding after four days. Acts like he cares until he should act to make things right. Move on, plenty of vendors.

  Buyer claimed their Pinlock silicone visor insert was damaged in transit, but couldn't specify what the damage was. I asked the buyer to send a photo of the damaged item so I could start the refund / return process but he had "thrown the item away." I have a 30 day returns policy on all items, but I can't refund something without any proof.
