Bought 5x usb-c and 5x micro usb. Seller sent wrong item - usb-c connectors rather than micro USB, so now have 10! - and when raised with them they immediately agreed a refund. Then 24hrs later went back on the initial response to ask for a photo of the item. Then 24 hrs later, request photos on not just the item but the packaging (which had to fished out of a bin).
Just not worth the effort of dealing with them when they make a mistake, avoid.
