Really disappointed with this seller. Delivery ended up taking three weeks rather than 7-10 days advertised. Communication was good but no point advising delivery would be delayed when I communicated our timeframe for grandsons birthday party. Seller needs to find more reliable delivery sources.

Actually, I didn't receive my item, probably lost by Yodel, which is usual with them but I still wanted to let a positive review about qooeasy because after I contacted them to inform them of the situation, they tried their best to help me to find my parcel or they would refund me, so the communication with them has been very good and my disappointment about not receiving my item is a wee bit less bitter thank to qooeasy kindness and professionalism...

Item arrived not working! Contacted seller. He intimated that I wasn't telling the truth by offering 30% of my money back and telling me I could give the item to someone else. I refused. He then offered 60% refund and said I did not need to return the item! I had to keep advising him that under the Consumer Rights 2015, if the item was "unfit for purpose " I was entitled to a full refund ". He eventually give me the full refund. I would not deal with this seller again.
