It had very obviously been opened and re-sealed with tape. That didn't matter to me, since I didn't want it as a collectible. The figure packaging was very, very dusty, as if it's been sitting on a shelf somewhere. Other than that, everything was fine.

However, the second order was inadequately packed in a plastic bubble wrap bag, resulting in damage to the item’s back. I reached out to the seller and allowed several days for a response, but received no reply. This reflects poor customer service and needs improvement.
