Postage was shockingly poor. Hide poles arrived a week late and one pole was bent, also the carry bag was split. I contacted the vendor who replaced the bent pole which also took ages to come. However I still have a split carry bag, so I have left a neutral feedback I am nearly left a negative but they have sent out a replacement pole. I can understand that the currier is out of their control but I am still left with a damaged bag. See photos of bag.
