  The stones were not Genuine as advertised. Also received a phone call from vender with, with the Rep implying I should have known the gems were not real because of the price. He said they were synthetic...but later received an email from seller telling me they were lab created. Big difference in a genuine gem, a synthetic gem and a lab created gem. I felt a little bullied. The dictionary defines the word Genuine as: being actually what it seems to be : REAL.

  hello other selller, all the lab grown gemstones are in genuine category & natural, listing never stated NATURAL anywhere in the listing, seller assumed natural, buyer never received the jewelry cause eBay authenticity never shipped the jewelry cause was the stone was natural & lab grown was not mentioned anywhere....which is not negative as long as it states genuine & it was genuine authenticated by eBay themselves, sorry for the confusion
